Your rifle definitely likes the velocity in and near 2940 to 2980. It is a definite MOA shooter. Your technique appears to be quite good; your standard deviations are quite good, especially at the lowest charge.
 
Start with the 57 gr load and play with seating depth

I would go .010 at a time until you start opening up. Split the difference with the two best with a .005" movement in between. I haven't ever had to move more than that once I found my powder charge. Great shooting! It looks like a keeper!
 
That is a long jump. How did you select that distance? Is this dictated by the magazine?
 
That could still be a fair jump for a Partition. Is there any possibility you can load to 0.010 inches off the lands? If so, that might be a good place to start. If not, then you will have to play with charge, seeking minute charge changes.
