I did specify the SAAMI version of 280ai for use with Nosler brass.
Now I just need to find a box to send them my barreled action :?
The rest of the rifle has a Bell & Carlson stock, Timney trigger. VX3 3.5x10 40mm CDS (just keeping the MOA dial). 270 win barrel is coming off.
I have 250 pcs of Nosler brass, 400 168 grn Berger VLD Hunting, 100 Barns 168 grn LRX, and 100 Nos 150 grn ABLR. For powders to test, H4831sc, IMR7828ssc, RL22, RL26. I have Redding competition seating die, and a Redding full length sizer.
It's going to take a couple months at least, but I'm super excited! Hoping to have it all dialed in for the 2016 Oregon elk season.
