30.06 168 grain ballistic silvertip

what is the max. recommended load for the 168 gr. ballistic silvertip using
h414,reloader19 and reloader22.I've been using 55.5 grs. of h414, accuracy has been good but it tends to flatten out the primers.

Out of our book the max load for the 168gr BST out of a 30/06 Springfield is

RL22- 63.0grains @3000fps.
