.30 cal, 140 gr HPBT match bullet?

There's a new 140 gr HPBT Custom Competition bullet available for 2012.

Curious about the intended purpose of this lighter-than-normal match bullet. I'm thinking maybe "hunter benchrest" competition. Also thinking that it might make a great light recoiling load for the 200 & 300 yard portions of the National Match highpower rifle course.

Anyone?
