300 win mag load data wanted

I am looking for load data for the 300 win mag. Here is what I have;
Once fired brass
165 gr Nosler BTSP (Green tip)
Hodgons H4350 Powder

I never worked with the 165's and H4350 but I would check out Hodgdon's reloading data site. Great info and a good place to start. Also, if you have Noslers #6 I would check that out as well. I'm sure there will be a few along shortly to help you out. Scotty

start at 68gr. and work up. You should max out at about 73 or so.

Unfortunately the Hodgons reload data does not list the 165 bullet.
My Speer reloading book lists the 168 HP bullet using H4350 but not the 165 BTSP.
I was figuring between 69.5 and 73.5 from the limited data I could find so your 68 to 73 reaffirms that I was on the right track.

I just have to remember that IMR, AA, and H4350 are not interchangeable!

Have you checked here? Even if it is not the exact same bullet you are using, with the 165gr bullet data they have published, it should give you a great reference to get started. Scotty
