Haven't use 4350 but 76 grain of 7628 shoots well with my 300. H1000 is also a good powder for the 300.

RL 22 is the powder to use with 180 gr bullets in the 300 Win Mag.
Work up to 75.0 grs, should get you close to 3000 fps and sub MOA accuracy. I have used this load in three different rifles, same results. Others have had the same performance.

BTW I agree with JD and add h4831 to the mix.
