Just starting with this rifle. I've got several other bullets to try but so far the Sierra 165 has shown to be right around an inch. I haven't shot enough to mean much yet.
If I'm reading that correctly you're at 43.0 grs of Varget ?
You need to keep working up.
I'm shooting 165 BTs with 48 grs of Varget.
I'd also play with the seating depth but all in all you're off to a good start.
The deer population in your area isn't gonna like it too well though :lol:
All of my .308's (think I have 6 now) have done best at 45-Grs of Varget. With Varget I have always got the best results toward the top capacity. Good luck!
