308 win and 168 gr bonded solid base bullet

Afternoon fellas,
I want to reload some 168 gr bsb noslers in my 308 and would like to use vihtavuori n550 or n540 powder.
could ask some one if they could run a quick load data for me ?

I've gathered up a few pounds each of the Vihtavuori powders and really enjoy working with them .
n130 and 133 for 222 Remington
570 for the 257 weatherby
working on the 308 with n550 and 560 for 300 winchester

You’ll love the BSB bullet. It’s one heck of a tough bullet. I don’t think a 308 could make one come apart. I’d trust them in magnums too actually. I may get scolded for this but they are tougher than Accubonds or Partitions. They are designed and marketed differently but damn tough. They are kinda Nosler version of the Trophy Bonded Tipped bullet. Do you know where they may be in stock? I Haven’t seen them for quite a while.

I haven't checked on any for awhile ,if my memory serves me right I believe the Nosler BSB bullets I ordered from Midway.
Glad to hear on the toughness of them I would like to use them for bear hunting .

Those 168's should do great! Probably don't need such a tough bullet but it will work for sure. Put it where it belongs. Through both lungs works really well.

One lung? Bears are tough, they can run a long way on one lung...

Those Noslers should serve you well. Best of luck on your hunt!
