It really would be nice to see some mid weight E Tips in .338 and .375. A 225 grain .338 and .260 grain .375 would be great.

I second that request. Welcome to the forum, Titleist! Good to have you aboard.

Welcome, I agree with you as well and also add a 200-225 gr 358.

Yes I totally agree with you Titleist. These are sorely needed and surprising really when you consider the popularity of the two cartridges. Most people do not buy a .338 or a .375 to shoot light for caliber bullets.

I have been asking for a 375 and 416 for years.

The .375" 260 gr AccuBond sure works well.

An E-Tip would provide the no-lead alternative I suppose.

I'd like to try some of the flat-tipped 260 & 300 gr Nosler solids - but really have no reason to do so, other than curiosity.

...just sayin'...

I would be tempted with an 8mm should there be a bullet like that!

I shoot mostly Nosler bullets. My favorite elk loads feature a 210 gr (.338) or 180 gr (.308) Partition.

However, I do load Barnes TSX 225 gr .338s for plains game and a 270 gr for the .375 rifles. It makes the PHs happy, but I would rather be able to use a slightly harder (not pure copper) bullet if Nosler would produce one in usable weights.

The AccuBond is my choice for most NA hunting.

That would be a 3100 fps proposition with h4831 and RL 25 in the 8mm rem mag.

I had 2 customs made in the 1990s but no decent bullets in that weight. Only the 200 NP and the old style X's.

That big 8 with 220's would be incredible. The BC would have to be amazing as well... I'd do it!
