i have a great load for this round. shoots ragged holes with 92 gr of 7828. chrono'd today and what gives on velocity 2975 avg. heres the specs

r-p brass virgin
fed 215 primers
92 gr. 7828
225 ab
col 3.65
rem 700 bdl lh 26 in brl.

i thought she would shoot close 3100 fps. any info

2975 is close to 3100! Those little bug holes will ensure that you put down game with authority with that mass of bullet moving at such velocities.
