Thanks hope the gove them a try. The yshould work good in my .350 em mag.

That all depends on what type of 350 you have. How long your action is and if you can seat them way out there.
Remember that Nosler advises against using the 35 225 BT in the current run of 350's. Bullet is way too long. So pending on how they dimension it and what grain it is they might not do for you. You need a 200 gr max based on today's AB standard shapes.

My 350 has a longer magizine, I'm able to seat the bullte at about 2.908" with 250gr Speer hot-cors, and function correctly.

There you go then! They will work great.

Yep, you are good to go!
I think I will try the 225 gr AB's in my 35 Whelen.

I had never considered any thing over a 30-06, but when this deal came up and I read the balistics I could not turn it down. Both the 350 and the 35 Whelen are impressive rounds. Let me tell you at 6lbs 13 os with no scope the darn thing kicks. I added a limbsaver pad and a scope and now it kicks like a 30-06. This is my first year with this rifle, hope to and it around the family and fill a bunch of tags with it this year.

Don't let anybody tell you different, the 350RM/35 Whelen is a hammer.
It will take Elk and moose at 300 yds.
I have taken WT Deer and Blk Bear with my 35 Whelen. Most were drop in their tracks kills. Only had a couple of blood trails to follow and they were very heavy and very short. That big bullet always exits and lets a lot of blood leak out.
Good Luck with your 350 RM.

Black-tailed bandit,

I got my M700 Classic 35 Whelen in '88. That year I shot 2 WT bucks with the Remington 200 gr PSPCL factory load. The 200 lb+ 11 pt was shot in the base of the neck and the bullet did not exit. The taxidermist lost the bullet. The second buck was a big spike, shot head on in the neck and the bullet was recovered under the hine in the front shoulder. 2 more in '89 were broadside lung shots that passed through.
I started using the 225 gr PT in '90 when it was introduced. I recovered one in a tree after it had passed through a buck. All the other deer and bear were pass throughs. I even shot one buck stem to stern. The 225 gr PT will give you all the penetration you would ever need on deer and bear. I woould think that a 225 gr AB would offer the same with the ability for flatter trajectory and more retained energy at long range.

You have yourself a very nice looking rifle, one that will do the job come showtime. Hope this info helps.
