Well, I went to the range today in order to zero my 336 35 Rem and the M94AE 30-30. I also loaded some test rounds with Hodgdon's LVR powder over the 200gr Core Lokt RN in the 35 Rem, and the 170gr Sierra FN.

Here is what I got across the chrono

30-30

34.5gr 2084, 2134, 2104

35 Rem

43.5gr 2083, 2185, 2220, 2229

44gr 2225, 2219, 2252, 2240

44.5gr 2269, 2280, 2297, 2290

45gr 2269, 2291, 2284

Sorry for not having any targets for the 35 Rem. Nothing was spectacular with either rifle, both shot into the 2" range, probably more like 3" most of the time. Still, plenty accurate enough and way more accurate than I was with the rifle. They both sport Williams 5D sights, but the front sight on the Winchester was much more target friendly than the brass bead on the Marlin. Both are good deer killers. Seems the LVR powder is pretty decent and seems accurate enough

Just for reference, the Remington 200gr Factory ammo ran 2040 across my chrono and the 30-30 with 170gr PP ran 2075 out of my rifle. Either way, I got some good speeds and with some more time with the rifles, I believe accuracy will get better. They are some FUN rifles! Loved shooting them. Scotty

From my 336 in .35 Rem 38.5grs H4895 and 40.5grs H4895 are both crazy accurate with the 200gr CL. Don't remember the velocity but it was good.

Those are pretty impressive results with the LVR powder. More than enough speed and accuracy for what these guns are designed for.
