I'll be trying the new IMR-4955 (enduron 4831), IMR-7828SSC, and Ramshot Hunter in mine when I finally get her out.

I can't see any of those not working well in that case. Seems like it should do well with anything from 4350 to RL26.
 
Another thought if this doesn't work for you currently is to drop down in bullet weight to the 120 BT or 130 AB. May work better.
 
The RL22 might do it. Even though it and 7828 are nearly interchangeable for load data, I've had one rifle that would clover leaf with one but not the other.

If you don't already have other powders to try and you're looking to try something else(I would), H1000 would be my number one suggestion, followed by RL26. If neither of those powders shot for me, I'd move on to a different bullet.

A friend built a 6.5-06 last summer and, based upon the suggestion of my favorite gunwriter, went straight to H1000. I doubt that rifle has shot a group over 3/4".
