Would it be possible to get someone to run some Quickload info on the 6.5Creedmoor with RL-26 and the 120gr Barnes tsx fed 210 primer and hornaday brass? Thanks.

Just so I wrap my head around it 49.02 grains is right at where 100% case capacity is correct?
 
Yes. However, remember that you can readily fill cases to ~110% capacity because of settling of the propellant. In your case, RL26 may not be the best propellant because of burn rate, fill, etc. You do have other options.
