Hopefully one of these will come together and be consistent enough that I’d hunt with it. I only have on hand one other bullet that’s easy to make shoot, the Green Boxed 140 GK. Partitions tend to be fairly easy to get to shoot, and a better bullet then anything else to boot too!
It’s those first, after that I have some Norma 143 BondStrikes.

Your QL is very close to the actual velocity that I’m seeing with URP, and the 127 LRX!
It’s one line above (slower velocity) then what it predicted. Which is way different from Barnes manual with MRP. URP is roughly 4.0 grains lower vs MRP. Had I translated that to URP, that would have put me starting at 34.4, and a max at 38.6. Which would have been reduced by enough that it could’ve easily been dangerously low!?!
Norma unfortunately doesn’t list Barnes bullets at all, that said 140-143 using URP is in the 41.0-44.0 range.
Having QL as a reference really helps a lot!

Supposedly Norma‘s URP powder is designed for and around 30’06 along with the 6,5x55 as a hunters powder….. It has a slightly higher amount of nitroglycerin than their other powders.

Not too shabby for only a ten round work up.
I could tell it wanted to shoot when I got to 41.5. I had to attach the Mag-dumb-Not-So-Neat once at that charge weight to see what was happening speed wise.
I would normally never advise anybody to jump two grains unless you’re absolutely certain with the outcome, or what powder you’re using, but that’s what I did
The bullet is 0.075” off the lands. I did not chronograph it, as I wanted to see if it would group which shot through the same hole on the cold barrel shot. The second one came up right after that one. This tiny little barrel heats up very quickly. It’s taken me three hours to shoot these 10 rounds this morning
Edit notes: Without my glasses I didn’t expect to see chronograph turn into pornograph!!! Maybe there’s something neat about speed, but this is an adult forum so please excuse the autocorrect feature.

I spent yesterday and the day before testing this load, and adjusting the seating depth. It seemed to shoot best right where I left off plus or minus .0010”. ~ .0075” off the lands.
This is not a rifle that can handle a three shot groups, it heats up too much! A waste of time and effort doing so. The third shot will inevitably be over an inch away from the first two.
Yesterday was spent shooting one shot, and allowing the barrel to remain cool.
I doubt it will ever be one of those rifles that can print perfect groups after perfect groups due to the full length stock.
That said, for a lightweight hunting rifle a one and done it will put game on the ground! It will shoot to the same POA if you do your part.
I shot a single 127 LRX bullet through a sheet of corrugated plastic (thinking replicating skin) in front of a plastic bucket filled with water at 75 yards going roughly 2,400 FPS.
The bullet expanded to just under a half inch. It weighed 126.3 grains which is typically the case with a Barnes X bullet and why they are so effective on game.
Great for the Sate of California, but not for the Pig population!

My rifle with the current lot I’m using of Norma URP was as fallows:
41.5 grains produced 2473 fps.
43.5 grains 2544 fps.
That data is only from a single shot, and not an average unfortunately. The chronograph is not conducive to testing for accuracy, and why it’s half worthless.
Just wondering how that would affect the QL results? I’d assume that if I went beyond the 0.00 mark I’d still be below max pressure?
My results are (1.7% and 3.7%)respectively lower than QL.
