Looks good ! I hope you get better velocity with RL19 than I did. I had such high hopes, due to the Nosler load data. I loaded up to 50.0grs and didn't even break 2700 fps. As the acronyms go, YMMV !

That should work very well. I've seen friends have excellent results on mule deer & antelope with the little 120 gr Ballistic Tip from their 7mm-08 & 280 Rem rifles.
The 140 should do at least as well!

I've had good results on caribou with 140s at a loping velocity of 2600fps from a carbine length barrel.
The 7-08/140gr is a potent combo!

I consider the 7mm/08, 260, 6.5 Swede and 6.5 CM practically identical. With any of those cartridges a 140 grain cup and core bullet from 2600-2800 is deadly medicine. The cup and core bullets I’ve used at these speeds have always been full penetration with lots of tissue damage. Usually resulting in dead right there or a 30-40 yard death sprint. On Whitetail anyways, have no experience with bigger game.Alderman":3dnrg0dh said:

I reload the 140 AccuBond with 46.5gr of IMR4350 COAL 2.837 and still get constant 3 shoot .5moa @100y with a MV of 2700fps at any conditions . Really a great caiber, the easiest to group I get
