If there isn't any data in a loading manual using IMR 4064, in the 7mm RM, I wouldn't even risk it.
Using a powder in a case that it's not designed for can create problems, and I've found that to be true, (Scarr"ry).
That said, I found loads using IMR 4064 with 2 or 3 bullet weights, in the Sierra Manual and from IMR.
Like you said, it isn't ideal but it should work.

I have heard this many times however I have yet to see it in my experience. Quickload is a guide, a reference point if you will just like any other loading manual. Nothing out there is a panacea! This is why I ....
START LOW--WORKUP SLOW
There is no danger in this method at all if you practice this. Everything it qoutes is a suggestion for me. I verify it myself.
