AA2460 QL request 35 Whelen

Has any one tried this powder in the Whelen?
200gr AB, 225gr AB and 200gr Hornaday please
22" barrel.
I have a friend on a different web site that uses this and raves about how good it is.

The powder is a tad fast for my liking. It works, but there are better powders in my opinion. I do use A2520 to a fair degree, which gives me somewhat better velocity. However, if that was the powder I had, I can guarantee that I would make it work. It will give you decent velocity (just not top velocity) and depending on how you work up the cartridge, it will no doubt give you good accuracy.
