Action/ Guard Screw Torque?

Does anyone know the proper torque specs for my M70 and or A-bolt and or Mauser 98? All rifles are glass bedded but not aluminum or pillar bedded. Winchester/Browning customer service is down until Monday due to inventory I was told by the lady on the phone.

Thanks Pop. Does anyone have any actual specs for any of these actions? I'm particulary interested in the Win 70, as it has 3 guard screws. I have found mixed ideas on the net and can't get to the source until Monday. My friend let me borrow his in lb torque wrench and I'd like to return it ASAP. Thanks!

For the 70 like I said no more than 30 in/lbs (front/rear) and the middle just snug......
