Did they have any with the bolt installed backwards?

Not that I saw but I can look if you want to!!! Let me know

I had been looking for this one in .308win for a long time . I am no where near a sportsmans, And lucked into this one .Lee

The timing isn't great with Christmas a few days away, but I keep an eye out for deals on southpaw rifles, because I will need to get her one by the summer time. If you see one and think of it, shoot me a pm, but don't go out of your way on my account. The Bos...er...wife....would tan my hide for buying a rifle now.

No law saying you can't have duplicates. Or at least ballistic twins.

270WSM sounds really interesting to me. As does another 22-250. I would really like one in 25 '06 but I don't think they sell the LH stainless version in the states. I bought a .308 stainless synthetic LH in '09 and it has become a favorite rifle.
Realistically, except for the 25 '06, any caliber I might buy is already covered by existing rifles.
But still, everybody needs at least one.

It's been tough, over the years, to walk away from good deals on rifles, handguns and shotguns.

But I've learned to do it. Just because something is great, and the price is real attractive, doesn't mean that I need to own it.

Anymore I'd rather put that money towards a special hunt or fishing trip. The experience matters far more than the acquisition of another toy.

Just my input... I think you did good passing it up Fotis. But I won't be surprised if you go back and get one!

Merry Christmas, Guy

I changed my tune. Fotis you really need it in 22-250. When you get bored with it I want first dibs ... Lee

A Superlite in 270WSM might be real nice in the high country come elk season. Huge fan of the 270 WSM and I think you know your way around them as well. 150's at 3150 is a hammer. Might not knock animals off their feet but man, great combo.

Guys response is sage advice. I'm trying to stay with it myself. Id rather hunt what I have and invest in my hunting camp and tags right now. I do love new rifles but you've got a sweet collection as is.

But the 270wsm sounds interesting

I have an 270 Bee in Ultra lightweight that shoots lights out!

so the 270 WSM would never get use!

This thing can rock all of NA!

That's exactly where I am in my life. For me its all about the hunt. I have plenty of caliber/rifle options, for just about any animal. But I have to be able to hunt.

Honestly in varmint cals I have

17 hornet sporter

a ton of 22 lrs in every variation

223 sporter in the same 1:8 twist

220 swift sendero

so................

I have a T3 superlight in 223 with 1-8. It makes for a very light, handy, little rifle that shoots tiny groups.
