Hi guys, In the last week or so I saw a photo on the forum of a rifle with a ammo sleeve that was fastened by velcro. I would sure like to know who makes them & if I could purchase a couple.
Hoping someone remembers.

Blessings,
Dan

I found the photograph of the ammo belt. It is the reloading section in the post sent in under topic 284 win Longrange. If someone know the manufacturers name I would really appreciate that info.
Thanking you in advance.

There you go! I love spending other peoples' money! LOL

Thanks guys for the help. I am going to try the velcro type as I have a couple of the elastic ones but I am not real fond of them.

Blessings,
Dan

I used the Uncle Mike's version a number of years ago, and while it is convenient, it does add weight to your rifle. The thing I really did not like about it is that you have these nice shiny cartridges sticking out on the butt stock of your rifle, and with the larger magnum cases, sometimes they will catch you in the cheek when mounting and shooting the rifle, if it is not fitted on the buttstock properly. And it can and will shift on you while your stalking your animal and get you when you least expect it. I switched to their waist belt model and have several that I having being using for years. I really prefer this design.

Dan,

I have a brand new and a used leather Murray ammo stock holder but they are made for a right hand shooter.
He does make them for left handed shooters.
