..."better"...

...w/ the majority of homogenous bullets already illegal in CA because they're defined as "armor piercing" cop killer bullets finding anything you can actually use legally in CA will become a nightmare. Adding the new "ammo tax" to the "premium unleaded" that will be required state-wide is adding insult to injury...

...meanwhile I imagine the "WY market" will be glutted w/ non-PC lead core bullets, & the raptors will be dropping out of the sky like flies...

This is insane; everyone knows that it was Al Gore and global warming that is killing off all the raptors! Kalifornia must--MUST--ban all automobiles and all electricity generating stations NOW to save the raptors. "No more electricity to Sacramento!" must become the rallying cry of those sensitive to the earth and all who want to save the raptors.

"If the law passes, it will be interesting to see whether or not these top-tier scavengers show decreased signs of lead poisoning. If not, conservationists will have to find another cause for the high levels of lead plaguing the California condor."

And if the lead levels don't change one bit you can guarantee they won't reverse the law even though bullet lead is shown not to be the cause.

Wouldn't it be great if commifornia would break off along the fault line, float out into the ocean, and sink?

I think it's important to have dreams SE, and as long as I get to leave and go back to real America, it wouldn't bother me one bit.

I think that the top tier scavenger depletion in Kalifornia is caused by hot air from Sacramento but don't blame it on global warming!

People's republic of Kalifornia....what else would you expect?

The one line quote from the law is:

"that has physical properties resulting in ballistics performance identical to such ammunition"

Of course the question then becomes, what does that mean?, and that's part of the NRA's suit against the city, i.e. that the law is unconstitutionally vague....
