Mostly for my oldest son:

Whitetail backstrap steak, marinated in garlic sauce
Whitetail tenderloin sliced into small steaks, marinated in the same
mushrooms
Walla Walla sweet onion, diced
Sweet peppers, red, yellow & orange
Asparagus, lightly sauteed

It was a fine meal. I enjoyed cooking, we all enjoyed eating.

Looks very nice, enjoy. Have you started to write your cook book?

Would a two part book, first being recipes for the weapon of choice and part two could be recipes for the table sell..?..;-)). Good luck in the upcoming seasons.
 
Guys, I just looked at this post and still have not eaten supper. I had to pull my head from over my new laptop as was salivating so badly I was afraid of damaging it :mrgreen:.
I think we are going to do some up this weekend!!

Probably a cabernet... Other than that, I'd be guessing. We enjoy a variety of wines, mostly dry reds.
