Cooked another meal of antelope.

Peanut Sauce, found in the Oriental Foods section of the local supermarket, goes well with antelope fried in bacon grease and flavored with salt, pepper, and orange peel. Rice with garlic, butter, and cayenne pepper along with a vegetable medley seasoned with butter and basil tops off a fine meal.

Serve with a lightly peppered Shiraz if so inclined.

I dunno', Vince. That sounds like something that could get in my mouth. :grin: A good idea that sounds applicable to a number of game meats. Thanks for posting.
