Not only was the delivery excellent but the terminal performance of the Berger bullet unbelievable.
I have made a number of biggame kills at the quarter mile marker and have always considered them to be a good accomplishment under field conditions. Your harvest was exceptional!!

Watched it again, and I think I was seeing the sandsplash from a fragment a bit farther back. The vapor does appear to be just over the back (BTW, can tell from the VT that this was near zero wind and that this really was 1k plus unlike other online long range videos that have floated around). I need to get the anatomy of a whitetail out of my head, and remember that goats are smaller. That's where the error in my correction came in :wink: . Still stand by my opinion though, at extreme range, a lot of things can and will go wrong until antelope are successfully stocked in a vacuum with zero gravity.

Appreciate the respect from all sides. That's what I love about this forum.
