Hey fellas,
Previously I posted about 2 rifles that went from shooting sub .50 MOA groups to not shooting worth a s**t. Anyway I took many of your advise and checked all the bases on the scopes and to my dismay when I pulled the scope out of the rings the bases had gouges in them from recoil or some other wild occurance. Everytime I shot the scope was coming to rest in a different spot equating to horrible groups. I had them replaced and both guns are back to shooting .375" groups at a hundred. Just in time for my colorado hunt last week.
I appreciate everyone who added suggestions about this issue.
Thanks again,
Derek
