Pat, good to see you here! Hope you're enjoying this winter a tad more than last. If you're still riding the Harley everywhere, I bet you are...

I think there are a ton of folks coming over from the old crowd. This place is like the good old days, for the most part. Enjoy!

Yes still riding the Harley. Heck of a lot more enjoyable riding around here than in Chicago... Those were the hardest 10,000 miles I have ever ridden.

And yes the winters are nicer. 52 today, but I really miss hunting in the snow.

Guess I am going to break the mold here. Last two I have done were Marine Tex. Carnuba floor wax as a release agent. Works great and it mixes up into the consistance of pudding so it doesn't run everywhere.

The previous 6 or 7 were Accraglass.

I also use Accraglass to perform grip reductions and custom beavertails on Glocks. I have never used the gel, but I have heard it is the cats butt!

The AcraGel is excellent Pat. I have used it a few times now and am a fan. Inexpensive, works easily and seems to lay in really nice. Not sure if I am man enough to try anything else it works so nicely for me.

I will try it eventually. I just have enough marine tex to last at least 4-5 more jobs.

Yes long story short, wife got a job offer down in KC, I was able to transfer ( we had an open territory down here). We love it. People are great. Neighbors are great. 2nd amendment is alive and thriving.
