His ears appear large relative to his melon. Though muscular in the forelimbs, his feet don't have that pigeon-toed look and his belly doesn't show that proximity to the ground. He looks like a good three and one-half year old bruin to me. He has room for quite a bit of weight gain yet this year. Then, I've been surprised by some bears.

He certainly could be the same bear. He's definitely a decent bear. I'd guess he is nearing six feet. I wouldn't turn him down. He would make some fine dining, especially if he's been grazing on oats or alfalfa.
