Didn't want a pink rifle but bought it anyway. I’ve got a Seven year old girl who thinks that anything pink is great. So I've been looking for a good deal on a Chipmunk with a laminated stock and finally bought one for her at Bud's Gun Shop. Bud's was the cheapest I could find $139 delivered even with FFL fees that puts it about $20 less than what I could buy one local for after tax.

At least she has been after me for a rifle and bugging me to take her shooting! She is dying to go hunting with me when she turns 12. She wants to bag an elk for her first big game animal because they have "Fuzzy Jowls!" I told her a few prairie dogs and varmints first, maybe then a pronghorn or deer next.

I think I'm going to have a lot of fun.

Congrats ! It's a blast taking the kids out.... I have a Son that turned 7 in Jan. Wouldn't matter to me if it was skyblue pink with purple polk-a-dots as long as they wanted to shoot it.

My wife keeps bugging me about a black and pink McMilan for her 7-08. And she wants a pink .22 lr chipmunck, but I 'm not sure if it is for our two month old Payton or herself

I'll do whatever I have to to get them to want to shoot with me! Well done sir on a daughter well raised!

Awesome! Quality time with your daughter, doesn't get any better than spending it with her at the range.

I met this little girl in 2008 when I started dating her Mother. I'm marrying her Mom in September of this year. I may not have been her Dad at first but we have kind of latched onto each other since then. We spend a ton of time together, most of the time it is fun and sometimes a little frustrating but I wouldn't change a thing. She just recently started showing an intrest in shooting and reloading, as she has become my automated bullet seater. Thinks she is tough enough to hunt and kill any big game, if she never does that is fine by me.

She has hunted with me before for pronghorn, but wouldn't you know she went off and stole my Bino's for the whole time!

Great kid even better Daughter.

Girls can be great hunters. I'm buying a 260 for my granddaughter, and I'm likely to pick up a couple of Crickets for my grandchildren. My own children are grown and long gone, but I'm extending the joys of time with children by spending time with my grandchildren. Taylorce1, congratulations on finding one of the best times in the world, spending quality time afield with a child. Blessed is the man that is able to spend time with a child passing along the knowledge that has been acquired.

Thats awesome. My daughter is six and is still a little shy, but she does like to shoot her brothers little 22. Hoping she kinda latches on to it some. It is a great time when the kids enjoy it also. Scotty

Just my opinion, but if she wants to go, paint anything she wants to take pink.... Besides, ya gotta admit that shes as cute as they come. Well Done! CL

My girlfriend is forever looking for a pink sling for her 22 rifle (to the point she is thinking of dying it if she has to). I just bought her at TC Omega and applied for her buck tag. A can of pink paint might just do that trick for that manly black stock. She hasn't seen it yet...too bad valentines day has already come and gone!

I ordered the blued version POP. She didn't like the stainless look. She picked it out and really thought that was cool.

Well she had a blast yesterday shooting he little Pink rifle. Graybird's pink case was a big hit as well. It was defiatly a fun day for me as well.

Getting a little instruction on how to use the sites.
