Is it normal for the bass to bulge a little bit after every shot?

Down by the head I can feel a slight bulge on one 1/2 of the brass. Just wondering if this is normal or pressure sign?

it's new Nosler and Winchester brass

New brass must stretch to fit the chamber. What you are witnessing is the normal fit to the chamber. What could be worrisome is if the case head begins to separate. That is not likely happening with new brass. To check as brass is stretched and worked, bend a paper clip at the end to run along the inside wall of the case. Incipient case separation will often be detected in this manner.

The load might be a bit hot. Without seeing the brass I can't tell how bad it is.

Does the brass chamber relatively easy? If not full length them and back off on your load.

If I understand you correctly, what you are seeing is perfectly normal. Brass is made small enough that it will chamber with ease. A chamber, even one with the most minimum dimensions allowable with still be larger that the brass to allow easy entry. So here's the cartridge case laying at the "bottom" of the chamber. When you shoot, it expands to seal off the chamber. because of the difference in size betweem the chamber and shell casing, one sside, the top will expand more in order to seal things off. That will really show up son very sloppily chambered rifles, but some "onesided" expansion such as you're seeing is perfectly normal.
