bullet performance on big game discussion

Yep this is a great forum. Two rifles perform most of my work, though the 6.5 will probably go deer hunting this year. My 06 has taken everything Oregon offers. 180 gr. Partitions for elk and since they first came out, 150 gr. Ballistic tips for every thing else.
.338 started on Partitions but graduated to Accubonds, 250 gr.
Deer I try to stick through the ribs, elk I want a shoulder. I'm boring I guess.
