I had a Bushnell Trophy cam trail camera which quit working on me. I found the instructions on their website on how and where to send product back for repairs. This was about 2 weeks ago. My wife found a box on our front step this afternoon and it was from Bushnell. I opened the box to find their latest Trophy Cam 8MP with both video and audio capability. The only charge was $10 dollars which I included when I shipped the original camera back. I never sent in the warranty card from my original purchase. I will be sure to tell everyone that this is excellent customer service.
