I hope I am wrong but the media definately is not helping people understand how this works all they tell you is that it tracks who is buying not how much what a frickin joke

This is a cut and paste from CALGUNS.

For those of you who are unaware, this is about AB962, a mail order ammo ban, so please call and oppose.

The liberals are going to destroy the country. The article is correct that they have just created an underground market for ammunition and components.

I read through AB962 that was passed on to Arny. I didn't find where is reastricted the sales of components more so than what is already in the CA Penal code. There are a couple of places in AB962 that have this statement, "For purposes of this subdivision, "ammunition" shall include, but not be limited to, any bullet, cartridge, magazine, clip, speed
loader, autoloader, or projectile capable of being fired from a
firearm with a deadly consequence. "Ammunition" does
not include blanks used in prop weapons.

When was the last time you fired a cartridge, speed loader, or magazine from your handgun....

This statement is ALREADY in the CA penal code, which I believe refers to an age to legally buy those items.
So, I think the indicidual components are still legal, but once you load up for your handguns, please be aware of what you can and can't do starting Feb 1, 2011. Oh, can you say handgun ammo hoarding in CA.....

Nosler guys, any comments??????

The problem is that regardless of how much care an assemblyman (legislator, parliamentarian, etc.) exercises, it winds up in court at the mercy of lawyers and judges.
