I need a recipe for .223 cal shooting in an AR platform...

what I need is a charge using 10x powder with hornady 55 grain FMJ/BT ad CCI#41 primers

If your using CCI 41 primers that’s a magnum primer so I would reduce all load data 1/2 grain.
