Change to the second amendment proposal

I saw this at Yahoo News. Bloomberg Businessweek ( http://www.businessweek.com/articles/20 ... nstitution ) A 93 year old former Supreme Court Justice is proposing amendments to the second amendment to make it easier to regulate gun control. He must be having disillusion of grandeur or in the early stages of dementia.

John Paul Stevens and his ilk are the reason all federal elections are so important. A liberal President with a liberal Senate (able to alter the rules and procedures of the past two centuries) can pack the judiciary at will, depriving Americans of rights and freedoms without a vote. Freedom, and especially the freedom of gun ownership, is precariously balanced at the moment. Should it be lost, it will not be regained in our lifetime. Our children and grandchildren will grow up as serfs rather than citizens.

Paul Barett is nothing more than a commie as he is a Law Professor and an employe of Bloomberg so I am not too sure on how much this guy spews could be more than a 1/2 truth at best! I know they may be talking a big bunch of garbage but they know the American people will not stand for such BS!! They can spew all they want as it will fly back in their faces really fast as some things wil not change no matter how bad others want them to! Kinda link watching CNN as if you do you are just listening to what the Administration wants you to hear as I say it's like watching the Rachel Madcow show! It is just not going to happen and every story they spin is for making the White House happy! :roll:
