Check out my "webbing" paint job.......

Well I finally got my order of webbing paint from Joann Fabrics this week and had some time so................

This is my Remmy 700 MTN Guide in .308 Win. I didnt like the "all-black" look and wanted something a little different.I think it turned out nice.Painted with Krylon Fusion OD Green,Black Webbing paint and 2 coats of Krylon Matte clear coat.

So what do you guys think?

Thanks for the kind words guys.I was a litle nervous doing the webbing for the first time,(this stuff makes a HUGE mess) but I think it came out alright.If I get some time I will do my 25-06 in Tan and Black webbing this weekend.

Remmy,

Does the webbing look like it will hold up well to wear and tear?

It looks so good, I have a Rem LVSF with a boring black stock. Might need a little sprucing up.

I actually painted on the webbing while the base coat was still a little tacky,so they bonded and dried together.After that I sprayed it with 2 coats of "satin" clearcoat.It looks like it should hold for quite awhile.
