Cleaning Tikka T3

Just wondering what method you guys use for cleaning the inside of the receiver. Shotgun mop, paper towel, short cleaning rod?

I use cotton rolls picked up from a dental supply house followed by a bore mop with a cleaning cloth wrapped around it. Midway sells one such kit (see it at http://www.midwayusa.com/product/109658 ... uctFinding). I don't buy the cotton wraps as they are cheaper through a dental supply house.
