Customer service...

I've called several times and it just rings.
Early afternoon their time...

One time it literally rang 15 minutes...

Another 10 plus minute call today...

Just rings and rings...

Highly unlikely a company like Nosler has neither voicemail, nor call waiting where you would get an automated message with hold music or the like. If it just keeps endlessly ringing, nobody is gonna pick up because nobody knows you're calling...........it's not actually making a connection so it just rings on your end.

Have had it happen numerous times in the last 2 months calling either places or people that I knew I should be getting either someone picking up or a voicemail. Switched lines I was calling from and boom, an actual person answered or got a voicemail. I don't remember to be honest if every time I was calling from my cell phone and switched to our landline phone, or vice versa.
