Dinners!

Antelope backstrap steaks and a skillet of onion, sweet peppers and mushrooms. Also had baked potatoes from the oven. Dang.... GOOD MEAL!

Guy, I am really jealous as Antelope is my favourite will game to eat and we have not had a season here now for 5 or 6 years.

What does the antelope taste like? Never had it. But then again, I never had mule deer also. :-(

Russ, I think antelope tastes like particularly good venison. A little sweeter, and very tender.

Tonight we had a repeat of the antelope dinner... YUM!
