Discovered a new local powder supply

Have not seen a set of shelves like this in a while. They even had A1680 so my 17 Hornet is set for a couple of years!

I was in a LGS today and they had all of the IMR and Hodgdon rifle powders in stock. I was surprised?

How were the prices? I've seen some pretty full shelves of powder in my local shops but the prices unfortunately are significantly higher than they were when you couldn't find it....

All the new powders like RL23, 26 and the new offerings from IMR are going for $28-30. The old standbys like H4350 or Varget I can still find locally for $25-26. I'm sure powders won't drop until everybodies shelves are full......If then.

That's not bad.....IMR4451 is 36.99 a pound at my local shop and $42/lb for 7977. And then the old stuff is still around $30 a pound. I need to make a trip out West apparently!

Man I have not seen that type of supplies in at least 5 years. Maybe that is a sign that we are all going to be able to pick up supplies in the near future .

I was also curious as to whether any pistol powders were in the mix. I get lucky on pistol powders only once in a great while at the gunshows and only if I'm there right at the opening bell. Buy the way fellas I had to change my information in order to access the reply portion of the forum. After a number of attempts to get my original info working again I found it easier to start from scratch.
