...to Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture while reloading???

...seems like a bad idea, too much chance for a double charge of powder...

I have a very simple policy. Absolutely no food, beverage, music or phone in the vicinity of me when I reload.

G'Day Fella's,

No Wildgene, it's usually AC/DC, Cold Chisel, The Rolling Stones, SRV, Johnny Winter and a heap of other great musicians/bands!

Doh!

Absolute peace and quiet while reloading. The wife even knows better than to interrupt me when I'm measuring powder or adjusting the scale or dies. My dog won't even come into my man cave when I'm reloading.

I like it dead quiet and still when I am reloading also. I try to cut out all distractions and close the bedroom door. I then go into my ZEN mode!

Am probably a liberal anti-gunner's nightmare: listening to right wing talk radio, slurping strong coffee, and loading the best ammo I can produce!

We could probably be brothers!

I couldn't possibly spend any time in the reloading room without a cup of joe. Background noise isn't needed.

In the mornings, I like Stewart Varney, or some 60-70,stock, Springsteen, Stones, Reba, Mandrell, something with a beat, drums are really nice. I have never drank coffee, so a Diet Coke air two, fires me up. I seldom reload in the evenings, I am usually to tired to concentrate.

Stone cold quiet.
That's how I like it.
Get too wound up with talk radio so I save that for when I'm driving.
As for music, there ain't a station in town that plays my music, I like both kinds. Country and Western. Johnny Cash, Chris Ledoux, Marty Robbins, Patsy Cline.

G'Day Fella's,

Wildgene must be bangin his head against a brick wall by now?
But personally, I just love all the varied replies.......especially Diver Hunters!!!

Lol

Yes I have it. My version of the CD has digital guns on it. Hence the warning that the base will tear up your speakers.

I am running Bose 901's with 1350 watts RMS to each speaker! Almost as bad as guns!

No.
Either Red Dirt country from local Texas artists, classic rock, or Metallica depending on my mood.
All Pandora stations on my IPad.

Who has room for a cup of coffee on a reloading bench ?
Mine ( have two currently ) have gotten so cluttered I'm going to build a third one to put all the shotgun presses on.

I'm either listening to a blues channel on the Internet or it is silent. I'm adamant that there must be no liquids on my reloading bench--too high a probability that I'll knock it over into some of my work. :(

I am another who likes to listen to the blues or good jazz guitar ! When I start to measure powder it is just me and my music.

Blessings,
Dan
