I was wondering if you could run a quick load for the following for me:

I note that Sierra lists 39.4 grains as a maximum load. Bear in mind that these are pressure tested loads. Velocity was 3300 fps in a 22 in barrel. Nevertheless, this is the QL projection.

Cartridge : .243 Win.

Useable Case Capaci: 52.253 grain H2O = 3.393 cm³
