Elk Steak again...

Well, seems no one is avail to eat with me again, and my wife doesn't care for red meat anyway. So... This elk steak was for me last night! :grin:

Looks like a repeat solo meal tonight. I'm okay with that.

Marinated in a vinagarette then seasoned with garlic and black pepper. Nice and simple.
