How do you guys control XS in you're loads. I've got some 150gr. AB's that shoot very well over WC846 that I purchased at a local shop. My problem is that I've got an XS of +/- 46 fps. That sounds high to me. No big deal @ 100-200yrds or so, but what happens at 300-350 is what concerns me. Any help

That is normal when using the type of "non-canister" powder you're using.

Another aspect to consider is the brass. Volumetric differences with bulk brass is all over the board. Do a weight segregation/sort or by good brass (lapua or norma).. Makes a huge diff when you have say 5 cases and they vary in weight by +-3 to 4 grains..

With an ES of 46, at 300-350 you will still have minute of deer, going much beyond that is when it really begins to rear its ugly side.
