I took a few photos while my brother and I were shooting at 1000 yard steel last week. The weather was cold but we heated up the barrels on our rifles !!

I never thought to take pix when we picked up our steel. By then I was frozen and I just wanted to get back in the Jeep. We beat the steel up pretty good, mostly by my brother's 6.5 CM. I was shooting a 7mm-08 Rem and a 308 Win 5R mil spec. The 7mm-08 and 162 ELD-M will hang tight with the 6.5CM but attempting to stay close to the CM with a .308 is futile. We were shooting at 18"x22" steel.

Thank you for the post with photos, it sure looks like the two of you had a great time. I have now tried out to 800 yards & find it very challenging .
