Because the rifle (a DelTon DTI-15) had a pistol grip, telescoping butt stock and a bayonet mount, he faces up to seven years in prison. How insane is it that a man can buy a rifle legally in one state and then be charged with a felony just a few feet away across a state line because of cosmetic features that have no effect on accuracy, range or rate of fire. This is because anti-gun Democrats who know nothing about firearms have decided arbitrarily that they know how to make people safe. What a crock!
