First kill of the year

Gun season opened here today. I carried my 30-06 Encore pistol and killed a nice fat doe right at 200 yards. reflex264

The load I shot this one with is a 150 Hot Core over 56.5grs H414 lit by a 210M. Had to try them. My normal load in this gun is 150 Ballistic Tip over 47grs 2015BR lit by a 210m. I am going to do some 500 yards work with the Ballistic Tips after deer season. I have to switch scopes for that though. reflex264
