Hey Terry,
Having a disability is difficult even with a super accurate rifle. That being said I'd rather have just one highly accurate rifle then ten that aren't. A custom gun could actually help you build confidence, but depending on your mobility issues these gun tend to weight a lot, 10+ lbs. and up.
GA Precision has been building very well made and accurate rifles for a long time now. The Company is big enough that the component companies keep them well stocked and you'll never have to worry about your funds being used to keep the doors open. Another plus is their guns bring a high resale value because of their following and how well made they are.
You should speak to them, tell them what disabilities you have and ask if they could help you become a better shooter?
