Got my new scale!!!

Well I got my new scale tonight and so far it looks and works great. It is the Hornady Lock n Load Bench scale. I tested it on some bullets and everytime they came up the same weight. I can't wait to get some powder flowing.

If it's the same electronics and software as the powder dispenser---and I'll bet it is---you'll love it. I have an old PACT Digital Precision Powder Scale that I bought in about 1994, and it's been a great scale and I have supreme confidence in it. I also have a Hornady electronic dispenser which I bought recently, and I like it also. There is a HUGE difference in the speed of the two devices though...the Hornady is very fast! I suppose it's due to advances in microprocessors and software.

I have used the Hornady several dozen times and have verified every charge on the PACT. So far, so good. In a year or two I may be as confident in the Hornady as I am in the PACT.
