I have tried for weeks to get thru on the RCBS service line. Got thru yesterday and the guy said they have been super busy and are going to award a certain person "Man of The Year" for the reloading industry as things have been crazy busy thanks to him.
Anyway I needed a clip for my Jr press(1960's model). I had also bought a bottle of case lube which was empty from Cabelas and my power trimmer was acting up which I thought was a spring in the shell holder part. He told me there was 6 springs and so I would not have to mess with it he would send a complete replacement section as well as a new bottle of lube plus the clip for free.
I also found out I could buy direct at a discount using my C&R FFL. Just got to love that kind of service. That is one reason for buying RCBS green. Cannot say I have had that type of service with lee the 2 times I contacted them. I have had the same excellent service from Hornady also.

RCBS customer service is world class with out a doubt.

My experiences with both RCBS and Hornady also have been great...I couldn't ask for better treatment or service. I avoid Lee stuff for the most part and have heard they're not so eager to please, but what little I do have with the Lee name on it has served me well. So far.

RCBS has always treated me fairly. I am waiting for a replacement of their current reloading manual as chapter five is missing from my copy. I don't blame RCBS, however, but the border and the holiday season which have conspired to slow things down.

The shooting sports have the best warranties when compared with any other industry. I have the same excellent service from Redding, Weaver, Simmons, Leupold, IOR, Colt, Lyman and just this morning Ruger. I called to order recoil spring for my P-89 and Maggie from Customer service just took my info so that she can send me the spring free of charge. How about that!

I like Redding dies a lot, however they did mail me an invoice with a replacement decapping rod, but warned me ahead of time. RCBS has always replaced parts for me no questions asked for free...even once when I told the lady that my dog had chewed plastic sleeves to my hand primer and was only the result of a defective Beagle dog. :)
